Bom.
Bom hotel. Para considerar Resort precisam melhor.
Na suíte não havia sinal de Internet, foi resolvido após solicitado, com instalação de um roteador.
Tínhamos água mineral na geladeira, mas não havia copos.
Toalhas de banho e rosto bem desgastas(muito tempo de uso).

Muy lindo hotel pero muchas cosas para mejorar . Lo mejor las piscinas y las habitaciones , nosotros estuvimos en la de 35 mts cuadrados que da a las piscinas . Lo que mejoraria es la calidad del personal falta capacitacion en personal de los mozos , deberian mejorar el trato con los turistas , muy mal trato por ejemplo en la barra de la pileta excepto Davyd que solucionaba bastante.El sauna y las areas comunes excelente. La ubicacion hermosa zona muy exclusiva . Le pondria una calificacion de 8

excelente, a atendimento de Sandrinha, muito prestativa , amei as fotos e o trabalho do fotografo , otimo atendimento de todos...parabéns a equipe, amei o brinde do barquinho, o resort é ótimo, as piscinas parece aquecida a recreação e o show de Natal para,as crianças foi espetacular.

Boa estrutura. Paparazzi.show uma equipe maravilhosa, Sandrinha ótima na negociação, simpatia incomparável. Larissa ótimo atendimento. Fotos lindas, Karine é a fotógrafa com ótimas dicas. Gostei bastante de Porto de galinhas, vale a pena conhecer.

Hotel mofado e sem manutenções
Pagamos um valor alto para estar em um "hotel resort" e foi uma total decepção com esse hotel.
Muitos quartos são particulares alugados em sites terceiros, o hotel está todo mofado, o banheiro vazando água, café da manhã básico (inclusive fiquei hotéis mais baratos no centro de Porto de Galinhas com café da manhã bem melhor).
A piscina estava lotada e as crianças pulavam de um lado pro outro e ninguém fazia nada.
Enfim, não vale ficar nunca nesse lugar, procure outro que será melhor para você.
